2525527 - Custom Screens Missing in Bydesign HTML5

Symptom

When you logon to Byd HTML5 Client, Custom workcenter and views are missing.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to HTML5 Client - https://myxxxxxx.sapbydesign.com/sap/public/byd/runtime?client_type=html
  2. You notice custom work centers are missing.  However same views are available in Silverlight.

Cause

Partner content is not enabled by default in Bydesign HTML5 productive systems. This is done to ensure that the content added via Partner Add-on using HTML5 client does not corrupt the data on the productive system.
However in test tenants, this is enabled by default.

Resolution

If partner content needs to be enabled, provide acknowledgement in the case about successful testing of partner content in their test environment using HTML5 client.

SAP will enable the content in Byd-HTML5.
