2525592 - Error: "Rule definition of BO_A1S_CRM_QUESTIONNAIRE led to unresolvable inconsistency" in Scoping Changes

While scoping changes in First Implementación Project, you recieve below error message:

"Rule definition of BO_A1S_CRM_QUESTIONNAIRE led to unresolvable inconsistency"

1. Go to Business Configuration workcenter.
2. Select First implementation Project, this is in Live stage.
3. Edit Project Scope and navigate till Scoping.
4. Select Next, above error is displayed.
5. You cannot perform any changes in Questions tab.

During the Go Live phase of the First Implementation Project the system copies the solution profile for documentation purposes. The active version of the solution profile is set to UI invisible.
So if the First Implementation project is Live you only see a snapshot (for documentation purposes) from the Go-Live date. You do not see the active configuration status.
To see the active configuration use the Overview workcenter view. Here you have access to the UI invisible active main solution profile.
Hence, you cannot make any changes in this Project at Live Stage.

You need to close snapshot of this Live project. This can be done via UI. If this is not possible, create an case for SAP Support Experts for the correction.

To make further changes in your scoping, create New Change Project.
