Recurring absence checkbox is not available in Time Off ESS UI

Successfactors - Employee Central

1. Navigate to employee's profile

2. Click on 'Administer Time'

3. Click on 'New Absence' and you'll be able to see the check box 'Recurring absence'

4. Now Proxy as the employee and navigate to the Time off page, request a leave, The 'Recurring absence' checkbox is not avaialble

The recurring absences are not currently supported in the time off ESS UI.

It will be supported with the new ESS UI for PP3.

The Product Management has confirmed that this is an enhancement.

Currently the Enhancement has no fix date, and is currently in discussion for b1805 but not confirmed. You can track the release of this Enhancement by checking the release notes in each release for ECT-49793.

As this issue relates directly to an Enhancement Request, we will be closing this case, as we will only keep cases On Hold for Product Defects (which this is not).
