2525849 - Infrastructure Administrator logs show "base installation is missing.." warnings

Symptom

  • You are making changes to SAP Contact Center and while applying such changes either:
    1. nothing happens at IA side
    2. there is an error indicating there are several registry errors
    3. IA logs show "WRN> Base installation [] is missing on local system"
    4. missing software directory:
      IA1.png
  • This could also cause errors like: Fail to run method 'postinstall' in ... and prevent any installation or upgrade to successfully complete
