Symptom
- After upgrading to ASE 16.0 SP03 GA
- ASE errorlog reports (many) errors 8211:
Error: 8211, Severity: 26, State: 1
Mismatch found between the name and id descriptor hash table for table 'my_tab', objid = 123456. Descriptor hashed by name = 0xa4b49140 and hashed by id = 0x0.
- Followed by an "infected with signal 11" error in the module bufwritedes() with a stack trace:
Current process (0x290015) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x000000008069c4bc (bufwritedes+0x3c), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0003000000000010)
- The stack trace includes functions:

- When running the "dbcc checkdb" command, Error 9938 is returned:
