2525958 - How to hide and unhide items from My Learning Assignments

At the 'My learning Assignments' tile, some items have the option 'Hide From Learning Plan'. Once the user clicks on this option, this item is no longer shown on the user's Learning Plan

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The option 'Hide From Learning Plan' is only available for items assigned as optional through Curricula. Once the item gets hidden from the user's Learning Plan, it can only be accessed through the My Curricula tile.

In order to unhide the items:

1. At the user landing page, access the My Curricula tile 
2. Search for the curriculum through which the item was assigned 
3. Click on the curriculum's title 
4. Search for the item that needs to be added back to the user's Learning Plan 
5. From the item's dropdown, click on 'Show On Learning Plan'

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The "Hide From Learning Plan" option is no longer available for items in the New Learning Experience. For more information, please refer to the KBA 3511497. If you believe this feature would benefit your business and should be included in a future LMS release, please submit an enhancement request.
• For custom reporting, this setting is stored in the PA_STUD_QUAL_CPNT table, in the USER_HIDE_FROM_LP column. Values: Y = set to hide, N = set to show. More information on custom reporting can be found at KBA 2379690
