2525959 - How to Run list reports offline from the Filter Panel?

You can now reports to be run offline from the "Filter Summary" panel. If multiple lists are on a page each list will be generated as a separate background export.

This document will show how to do it.

• Online Report Designer (ORD)
• Report Canvas

To display the filter Summary and Run Offline options the following steps are required:

1. From the Report Center search for the desired Report Canvas and select Edit from the action menu
2. Edit the List Report and select Manage Runtime filters
• For Detailed Reports the Manage Runtime filters option is available from the Edit Menu option
• 
• For Realms query (Advanced Reports) the Manage Runtime filters option is available from the Menu options
• 
3. Once you have selected the desired runtime filter field select OK
4. When you run the reports the Filter Summary window should pop up. You can the select the Run Offline option and desired output.

5. When you click Done the Job is scheduled.
• 
6. You can then view the scheduled Job Details either by selecting View Schedules or from the Report Center / View Schedules
