2525987 - Internal Server Error, SoapFaultCode:5 Server Error or Timeout error (ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) in jobs using the asynchronous channel - SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

Communication with SAP Backend fails with Internal Server Error SRT_CORE 122 or Timeout error (ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) when checking the response from SAP.

  1.  "HTTP Code: 500 ( Internal Server Error )" or "ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT" occurs in the error log in transaction SRT_UTIL.
  2. The job SM:LMDB GENERIC UPLOAD fails with SoapFaultCode:5 Server Error.
  3. Other jobs cancel with "Internal Server Error".

  4. Affected is also step 3.2 in SOLMAN_SETUP -> System Preparation -> Setup Connectivity to SAP ->  Support Hub Connectivity. Finalize Supoport Hub Connectivity will get red.
