Adding more fields in a panel but system is throwing error message as : Too many elements already added.

Reproducing the Issue
Add multiple and different type of fields in a panel.
After adding few fields , error pops up saying : Too many elements already added
Cause
Expected behaviour and configuration needs to be corrected
Resolution
We have a check on the height of the panel when we try to add many control within the single 'Section Container'
Since the problametic panel has exceeded that limit , Error message is thrown and restricts one to add more controls within 'Section Container'
We have 2 options to handle this :
1. Create another panel and move some controls to this panel
2. If you want to keep the single panel , try to add the fields outside of 'Section Container' , because the alert comes only when some one try to add the control within the 'Section Container'
