Symptom
Some HTML tags are not displayed correctly in the Summary. Even though they are shown correctly in the user interface, the Summary does not reflect these formattings properly.
Reproducing the Issue
You create the content of the Visit Summary or a Form Template through text fields in the User Interface but functions such as the following are only displayed correctly in the User Interface.
1. Creation of a table
2. Different fonts in one text section
3. Different sizes in one text section
4. Function for scored out text
5. Lists and numbered lists
6. Text with indention
7. Word Wrap
Cause
Some of the functions are not working due to the creation of the Summary/Form Template with the Version 9.0 or lower of Adobe Livecycle Designer.
Resolution
The functions are supported in the Adobe Livecycle Designer version 10.0 or higher which uses the XML Forms Architecture Version 3.3 and supports the mentioned tags.
In order to be enable the support of the functions please use the following steps:

Login to the Silverlight UI.

Go to WorkCenter Application and User Management.

View Form Template Maintenance.

Look for the Visit Summary form template or the template you want to enable this functions for.

Download this Template from the System.

Open Adobe Livecycle Designer.

Click on the file in the upper left corner and choose the downloaded template.

When the Template has been opened click on file again and select Form Properties.

Go to the tab Defaults.

Change Choose Target Version from Acrobat and Adobe Reader 9.1 or later to 10.0 or later.

Save the Template and Reupload this into the System via the Upload Button in Form Template Maintenance.
