2526224 - How to Make More Rows Visible in Incidents at the same time

You can only see a small number of cases at the same time in your cases view.

HTML5 UI

1. Go to the Administrator work center (HTML5 UI) and go to the General Settings facet > cases OR go to the Application and User Management work center (Silverlight UI)> cases.

2. You can see only a few cases at the same time.

Your system settings describe how many cases are displayed.

For HTML5:

1. Click on Adapt > Edit Master Layout.

2. Hover over the section where the cases are displayed (until you have the blue frame highlighting the section as seen below).

3. Click the Change Properties icon (second from the right)

4. Select the number of rows you wish to have displayed.

 

For Silverlight [this is the same for SAP Business By Design]:

1. Click on Adapt > Edit Master Layout.

2. Click on Adapt > Edit Screen.

3. Select case in Sections column.

4. Click Display Settings.

5. Select the number of visible rows you would like to see at the same time.
