2526370 - BDCP2 change pointers do not get the PROCESS flag in Assortment List processing

Symptom

User executes WDBU_HPR transaction, and the processed change pointers in BDCP2 table are not updated with PROCESS = 'X' value.

  1. This is causing big volume of data to be processed at each assortment list.
    OR
  2. Reorganization process is blocked for these change pointers.
