2526513 - SAP Standard themes are missing under the UI Theme Designer

Symptom

The UI Theme Designer (v 1.22.xx) is only showing custom themes when opened. SAP Standard themes (e.g: sap_tradeshow, sap_bluecrystal, sap_corbu, sap_hcb, sap_goldreflection, sap_belize etc.) are not visible in the Theme List as below:
