The following error occurs when using the Smart Data discovery feature in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• The predictive service is currently unavailable.

If you try to use forecasting, you may see the following error:

• The forecasting service is currently unavailable.

• SAP Analytics Cloud

Your system experiences a connection problem to the Predictive Services required to complete these actions.

You need to open an case with Product Support using the component LOD-ANA-PR (Predictive Services).
