2526562 - Error while assigning an executable to the CBTA Test Configuration when navigating from sm_workcenter

While trying to assign an executable to the test configuration, one of the below error occurs:

1. 500 SAP Internal Server Error
   ERROR: The ASSERT condition was violated. (termination: RABAX_STATE)
   
   
2. The search result returns no value. 
   Error: The Table does not contain any data.
