2526594 - Intelligent Service Tools not Available in RBP

Intelligent Service Tools is not showing up under Manage Permission Roles.

1. Enable Intelligent Services via Upgrade Center.

2. Navigate to Manage Permission Roles to set permissions.

3. Notice that Intelligent Service Tools is not showing up.

Some switches from the provisioning might be not enabled yet.

Check if the following switches are enabled in Provisioning:

1. Enable Intelligent Services Center (ISC)

2. Enable Generic objects

3. Enable Business Process Engine

You will be able to see "Intelligent Service Tools" listed in Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles only when all the above are enabled in Provisioning.
