2526625 - iPad Pro is identified as Phones not Tablets in Hybrid applications

Symptom

If you have a hybrid app ( using HAT and HCPMs ) and the app is mean to only run on tablets.

When you open the app in an iPad Pros ( greater than 9.7in ), it shows the strange view as Phones not Tablets.
