2526745 - ADS can not be started due to com.adobe~HSMBMCMgmtService error

Symptom

  1. ADS test reports FP_PDF_TEST_00 and FP_TEST_00 failed
  2. Error from ADS server:
  • Application com.adobe/AdobeDocumentServices cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to service com.adobe~HSMBMCMgmtService, which is not active on the server because service has failed to start. Contact component owners to investigate the problem with service com.adobe~HSMBMCMgmtService.
  • java.rmi.RemoteException: Unable to start service 'com.adobe~HSMBMCMgmtService'. Reported reason: while trying to get the length of a null array loaded from local variable 'files'
