• A user is trying to create the requisition using Browse families and roles.
• The page keeps on loading and it does not take the user to the next page in order to proceed further.

The user is missing some necessary Role Based Permissions (RBP).

This is a permission issue and will occur if the customer is using Job Profile Builder.

In order for the user to use "Families and Roles" option under the job requisition, the admin permission for Manage Job Profile Content (at least view) is required as well as the permission Manage Job Profiles.

Additionally, under Manage Job & Skill Profile Visibility, the user should be granted the following permission:

• Job Profile (Object-Level Permissions): View, Edit, Import, and Export.

If either of these permissions are not granted to the user, then the user will not be able to create requisition using Families and roles.
