2526978 - Backend Error Message When Releasing The VAT Return

The system raises an Backend Error Message when you release the VAT Return.

1. Go to the Tax Management Work Center.
2. Switch to the VAT Returns View.
3. Show Tax Returns in Preparation, find XXX (where XXX represents the Tax Return in Preparation) and press Go.
4. Choose Release.

After a certain period of time the system runs into a backend error.

This issue occurs because the amount of data in the VAT Return is too much. You can reduce the amount of Data by releasing the VAT return on a monthly basis.

1. Go to the Tax Management Work Center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks View.
3. Switch to the VAT Return Runs Sub View.
4. Press New - Tax Return Run.
5. Enter a Run Description.
6. Choose a Tax Return Arrangement ID.
7. Select  From and To dates: DD.MM.YYYY so that they fall within a month.
8. Press Set to Active.
9. Press Save and Close.

The previous error message is not raised when releasing the VAT Return since the Data Amount has been reduced.
