2527005 - BP ##1 exists in table BUT000

Symptom

When attempting to create a new Business Partner, the system raises a dump or error referencing entry ##1 in table BUT000. Typical symptoms include:

  • ASSERTION_FAILED dump in program CVI_KA_BP_CUSTOMER============CP (component AP-MD-BF-SYN)
  • UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION / CX_XO_ILLEGAL_OPERATION in program CL_IM_FSBP_PHONETIC_EXPORT====CP
  • Error message: "Object ##1 cannot be locked" (message number XO_INTEGRATION011)
