2527063 - Error Appears while Checking the Consistency of 3PL Outbound Delivery

Error appears when checking the consistency of 3PL Outbound delivery.*KLM refers to Identified Stock Id, DEF refers to Product id, NOP refers to Outbound Delivery Id

Identified stock KLM not valid

You cannot assign an identified stock ID to product DEF. Product DEF does not have an identified stock assignment in the Product Master.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third Party Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Outbound Deliveries View.
3. Search for Outbound Delivery NOP.
4. Select Edit.
5. Select on Check Consistency.

 Error appears as mentioned below

Identified stock KLM not valid

You cannot assign an identified stock ID to product DEF. Product DEF does not have an identified stock assignment in the Product Master.

Product KLM is not Identified Stock managed. But the Outbound Delivery Execution Confirmation message from 3PL warehouse contains the Identified Stock ID: DEF for this product.

Request you  to Cancel  Outbound Delivery NOP Also Inform Warehouse provider to resend the Outbound Delivery Execution Confirmation message with corrected data and to create a new Outbound delivery based on the  new confirmation  message.
