Symptom

Import of SPAM/SAINT queue fails in EPILOGUE phase with error:

Could not determine EPS parcel for OCS Package SAPK606002CPSAPAPPL
Abort the import due to an error situation (<date>, <time>)

Note: This error can come up even if the mentioned package was imported in the system successfully earlier.
