2527073 - "Could not determine EPS parcel for OCS Package" error in SPAM/SAINT in phase 'EPILOGUE'

While using SAINT or SPAM for importing a queue, the import fails in phase 'EPILOGUE' with following error:

Import phase 'EPILOGUE'  (<date>, <time>)
   Set the status of OCS Package <............> to 'Imported'
   Set the status of OCS Package <............> to 'Imported'
   ...
   ...
Could not determine EPS parcel for OCS Package SAPK606002CPSAPAPPL
Abort the import due to an error situation (<date>, <time>)

The same error can come up for other OCS packages also and not only SAPK606002CPSAPAPPL (e.g. SAPK750001CPSAPUI).
This error can come up even if the mentioned package was imported in the system successfully earlier.
