2527107 - Imported certificate chain does not match most recent certificate request

Symptom

Trying to replace the default Cloud Connector UI certificate as per Recommended: Exchange UI Certificates in the Administration UI, and after importing the signing response from the CA (Certificate Authority), the following error is displayed:

"Imported certificate chain does not match most recent certificate request"

In Cloud Connector trace ljs_trace.log/scc_core.trc, you can also see following error:

NOTE: This error is not limited to the UI certificate. It applies to all certificates that offer the possibility to create a certificate signing request (for example: system certificate, Certificate Authority digital certificates etc.).
