2527140 - Barcode.dll is no longer printed after update with note 2028598

• Barcodes using the barcode.dll method (with SAPWIN) are no longer printed out after note 2028598 is implemented.
• The rest of the spool is printed correctly, only the barcode is missing.
• The problem happens after implementing note 2028598, or after system update / upgrade which includes the note changes.
