2527341 - Standard report not available for items within a library

• At present, there is no standard (out of the box) report in Learning which returns data for items associated to a library.
• This KBA covers which table(s) to query to return library information for Learning objects when creating a custom report.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

An existing report could be modified (or a new report created) that contains this data using the Plateau Report Designer (PRD). The main table that contains this data is the "PA_CATALOG_ITEM". Other tables that can be referenced would be the "PA_CPNT" and "PA_CATALOG". Some of the fields from the "PA_CATALOG_ITEM" that could be useful are:

• CATALOG_ID.
• SKU.
• NOTACTIVE.
• QUAL_ID (Curriculum ID).
• CPNT_ID (Item ID).
