2527367 - CPF shortfall in CPF report after legal entity transfer

Symptom

When an employee undergoes a legal entity transfer, the CPF shortfall amount may not appear — or may appear unexpectedly — in the CPF monthly report (RPCCPFR0). The behaviour differs depending on whether the transfer occurs on the first day of the month (with or without retroactive calculation) or in the middle of the month.
