2527395 - Default User Passwords re-setting to 10 characters(dots)

When setting the default passwords for users under Learning Administration > System Admin > Configuration > User Passwords, its defaulting to 10 characters (dots) even though the new password is more/less than 10 Characters (dots)

Navigate to Learning Administration > System Admin > Configuration > User Passwords, set a password which is more/less than 10 characters.

LMS by default masks the password and it will just display 10 dots.

The masked password will be shown as 10 dots, this does not mean that the password is 10 characters. Password will be the exact thing which you have set, but it will display 10 dots as per the design.
