Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

In Learning Administration:

  1. Content -> Tools -> Import Content
  2. Select the option 'Replace Content for an Existing Item'
  3. Select the file you want to replace and click Next
  4. Now in "Reassign" section you will notice that "Do not reassign the new content to users" radio button is grayed out

Resolution

The functionality of the "Do not reassign new content to users" being disabled is working as designed. When replacing the existing content with updated content files, it's important to reassign the course to users who have the course on their learning plan otherwise they will receive an error.

The option to select "Do not reassign the new content to users" will only be available to select when selecting the "Add Content for an Existing Item" in the Import Content Tool.
