2527543 - In an Attachments Work Center View the Drop-Down Filters Does Not Show Records for Last Month and for Last Week

In an Attachments work center view, the drop-down filters does not show records for Last Month and for Last Week.

1. Go to the Library work center.
2. Go to the Attachments view.
3. Select ALL option from the drop-down.
4. You can see there exist record ABC (where ABC is Object Id Updated On for e.g. on date 30.08.2017, which if Wednesday).
5. Now select the drop-down option Last Week's Attachment OR Last Month's Attachment and search for ABC .

It shows no records when you login in system and search it on same date i.e 30.08.2017.

Option 1 - For Last Month: It will show all attachments from exactly start of previous month to end of previous month. Example if you search for last month attachment in August it will show attachments from 1st of July to 31st of July

Option 2 - For Last Week: It will show all attachments from exactly start of previous week Monday to current week Monday. For example if you search for last week attachment on Wednesday/Friday etc..of a week, you will get results between last week Monday 00:00:00 to current week Monday 23:59:59.

This is an expected system behavior.
