2527582 - HTTP Status 500 error when trying to access Preview of a CSB site - Recruiting Management

When a user clicks on the Preview button in CSB, an error is received: HTTP Status 500 - The ban encountered a non-application exception; nested exception is:

When you re on Carreer Site Builder, you click on Preview Button and the error is shown

This issue might be caused as a result of adding complex components in the CSB site, like maps, image carousels etc). This might also be caused due invalid color selection in the color palette.

Try deleting components one at a time, starting with the most complex ones (carousel, map, etc.) to try to determine which component is causing the error. This error will mostly be fixed if the color selection is valid based on the site locale selected in the site or by removing the image carousel component.
