2527793 - Report With Information on Revenue For Future Periods in the Cost and Revenue Work center

You are looking for a Report that gives you information on Revenues for future Periods.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue Work Center.
2. Select the Reports - List View.
3. Show by Report Category, search for keyword Revenue and press Go.

Only two reports appear, which are only valid for Projects. You, however are looking for revenues posted in future periods of any Sales Documents regardless if they are connected to projects or not.

You need to refine your search with other key words.

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue Work Center.
2. Select the Reports - List View.
3. Show by Report Category, search for key word Sales Documents and press Go.

This search displays the Report Sales Order - Line items, ID FINPRFU24_Q0001*. That report contains the information you need regarding Revenue for future periods.

*Reports with IDs starting with FIN always indicate that these reports entail accounting relevant data, i.e. the displayed data is connected to actual postings in accounting.

Alternatively try the following:

1. Go to the Business Analytics Work Center.
2. Select the Design Reports View.
3. Show All and find CRMRVFU_Q000.
4. Press Go.

You can see that this is the Report 'Revenue Forecast', ID CRMRVFU_Q0001. It is designed for Revenue Forecast Data from e.g. Opportunities, Sales, Contracts and Service Documents. This report will not display any information on values posted in accounting.
