2527911 - The Question ID value in the Quiz Item Analysis Report (CSV) shows a System ID

Symptom

When running the "Quiz Item Analysis CSV" report in the LMS, the output for Question ID is displaying QUESTION_SYS_GUID value

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to LMS Admin
  2. Navigate to Reports
  3. Run the Quiz Item Analysis CSV report
  4. Note the Question ID shows the System GUID for the ID
    questionID.png

Cause

This is expected behavior

Resolution

  • The QuestionID is an auto generated value when questions are created from the UI
  • When questions are imported, the Admin can create a more meaningful QuestionID in the import file
  • KBA 2485216 includes instructions on how to import Questions into the LMS
