2527912 - Can't open lib '/<PATH>/psqlodbcw.so' : file not found. (WIS 10901) when refreshing a webi report against a Greenplum database

Symptom

  •  When refreshing a Web Intelligence (webi) report against a Greenplum database in Infoview (Webi Rich client / Universe Design tool are functional), the following error is encountered:
     [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib '/<PATH>/psqlodbcw.so' : file not found. (WIS 10901)

  • When the env.sh is sourced from <PATH>/bobje/setup:
    eg:
    . ./env.sh

The same error can be seen using isql to connect to the database directly (isql <odbc.ini greenplum entry>). Connectivity to the database from isql will work until the env.sh is sourced to update the environment variables.
