Field order has been changed under Manage Business Configuration for PersonalInfo for dependent user but order not changing in Dependents portlet.

Reproducing the Issue
Choose any employee > Go to Personal Information > Dependents portlet.
Resolution
It is expected behaviour of the system. Display field for the Dependent portlet will be not change.
User will only be able to see the correct field order when user will click on the Details link.
