Symptom

  • New Hire unable to edit document Expiration date on Form I-9 Employee Information and Attestation panel

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • New Hire completed the New Employee Step through the welcome email
  • They get to this panel

  • They cannot edit the I am allowed to work until field

Cause

  • The Document Expired Date should not be completed by them employee

Resolution

  • The Manager must completed the Document Expired Date at the Orientation Step.
