Symptom

  • I am trying to use ML from a SQLA16 installer on CentOS with a MySQL consolidated database. The process aborts after starting up.
  • ODBC: [unixODBC][MySQL][ODBC 5.3(w) Driver]Can't connect to MySQL server on '<ip_address>'(111) (ODBC State = HY000, Native error code = 2003)
  • Unrecognized ODBC driver 'libmyodbc5w.so'.  The functionality and quality of ODBC drivers varies greatly.
