2528152 - Error "Query does not contain any data" (RD415) when Executing Retraction in Transaction KELR

Symptom

When you execute retraction from BW Query in transaction KELR, you get below error:

Query XXX does not contain any data
Message no. RD415

On the other hand, this BW Query itself has data (e.g. execution from transaction RSRT).
