Resolution

Follow the below steps

  1. Go to learning administration and copy the base URL from the browser (the URL will be similar to <companyID>.lms.hr.cloud.sap)
  2. Go to windows search of your laptop/desktop and search for cmd and open command prompt

  3. Use ping command in the command prompt following the URL which you copied in the first step (Below is a screenshot for reference of using the command)

  4. If the result returns contains a server 'akamaiedge' then your Learning tenant is on AKAMAI (full server name highlighted in the screenshot)
