2528308 - Flag "Do not take memo value into account" in T-code : OAAW is not considered for asset value calculation

Symptom

Flag "Do not take memo value into account" in T-code : OAAW is not considered even it is set as ON.
As a result, memo value still remains and net book value is not calculated to 0 for an existing asset.
