2528318 - Prospects Are Not Replicated to ERP System

You have two ERP systems connected to C4C. You allow the replication of prospects in Business Configuration work center, but the newly created prospects are still not replicated and the messages are not generated in Web Service Message Monitoring.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Click on the New button and create a new prospect.
4. After saving the new prospect, go to the Administrator work center.
5. Click on the Web Service Message Monitoring link in the General Settings view.
6. Observe the latest messages.

Result: There are no new messages and the prospect is not replicated into your ERP system.

 When you have two ERP systems connected to C4C (and two communication arrangements "Business Partner Replication to SAP ERP"), C4C does not know which system it should send the prospects to.

You can influence this behaviour by BADI 'RecipientSystemDeterminationbyBusinessObject'. There is also a default implementation for this BADI which sends the prospect to the external system based on the Employee's Sales Organisation.

Please, note, that this issue might be related to other service interfaces as well (not only business partner replication) e.g. business partner relationship replication, opportunity, quote request, sales order request or pricing request.
