2528533 - Database credentials expire too quickly in SAP Analytics Cloud (BOC) & SAP Digital Boardroom

When working on a document based off a datasource which requires credentials, after 15 minutes of inactivity, you are prompted to enter the datasource credentials again, in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Login to SAP Analytics Cloud tenant
2. Create a story based on a datasource which requires login.
3. Wait for approximately 15 minutes and return to the session.

By default, SAP Analytics Cloud will remove the user from the session after 12 hours of inactivity, but the request for credentials originates at the datasource backend.

Change the timeout parameter in the datasource backend.
