2528606 - VCAL field not available on Notification Template

You are customizing or reviewing the notification template ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification and were not able to find the VCAL field on it.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Notifications

1. Navigate to Learning Administration
2. Click System Admin > Configuration > Notification templates
3. Find the notification template ID 'ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification' and edit it
4. Click the Messages tab
5. You will notice a Subject and a Body field, however no VCAL field

Some notification templates, like the ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification, does not have the option to use VCAL attachments. As this notification template is used for items, a vcal field is not available. Probably this is related to scheduled offerings, so you can check the SystemEnrollmentNotification instead, that it is triggered when a user is enrolled.
