2528657 - Overall supplier evaluation does not average the values

Symptom

Using Supplier Evaluation available within SAP S/4 HANA 1610 FPS1
In the overall supplier evaluation, the weighing of the 2 factors can not be customized
The "Overall Supplier Evaluation" fiori App is showing the summation of two individual scores instead of showing the average.
It does not average the 2 scores. The Operational score and questionnaire score are summed together to the overall score
For example So if you have an operational score of 70 and a questionnaire score of 80, the overall score will be 150, where you would expect this to be 75
