2528669 - Cancel the Schedule offering option is unavailable in Actions Menu - LMS

There is no option in the Actions menu of a Schedule offering record, to Cancel the Schedule Offering

Navigate to Learning->Schedule Offerings->Search for a Schedule Offering and click to Edit the Schedule offering record.

In the Actions menu, there is no option to Cancel the Schedule offering.

The Schedule offering has been Closed already, using the "Close the Schedule offering option" by an administrator.

Cancel the Schedule Offering option will not be available, if the Schedule offering has been Closed already. This is an expected behaviour.
