2528738 - Undeployment of component sap.com/tc/jpe/engine is rejected because undeployment of other component it depends on is rejected

During a Software Update Manager (SUM) upgrade in phase POST-UNDEPLOY-COMPONENTS you encounter the following error for components sap.com/tc/jpe/engine and /tc/bc/jpe/engine/api:
