2528805 - 'NEW!' label appearing when copying existing job requisition

Symptom

There is a label showing 'NEW!' beside some requisitions when I am creating a new job requisition through copying an existing job requisition.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new requisition by copying an existing job requisition.

     2.  Search for a requisition.

    3.  See that there is a label showing NEW! beside some of the job titles

Resolution

The label will appear beside requisitions that have not been reviewed by the user that you are accessing the system as. For example, if Lorna Okamoto is an operator on a requisition but has not reviewed the requisition yet, then this label will appear if you try to create a new requisition through copying an existing one.

In the above screenshot, you can see that the job req 2248 has not reviewed yet and therefore, the label NEW! is appearing for that job requisition. The job requisition will become reviewed once that user has accessed it for the first time.
