2528947 - Workflow Error When Trying to decline or Withdraw the Workflow for the Furnish Equipment in Onboarding 1.0

When we try to decline or withdraw the workflow for the furnish equipment (Onboarding Process), the system gives the following error:

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Logon into BizX
2. Navigate to Onboarding on the drop-down
3. Select the Hiring managers activity tab
4. Find your candidate
5. Select an equipment type
6. The request will go to the approver
7. Both initiator and approver are not able to withdraw the workflow request

• The user does not have enough permission to perform the task
• Logs: No permission to correct the object!

You must give the user Onboarding Process Permissions by navigating to:

1. BizX Admin Center
2. Manage Permission Roles
3. Find the permission role associated with the user
4. Edit the role by clicking on Permissions
5. Find, and select Miscellaneous Permissions
6. Scroll down on the right until you find the OnboardingProcess Permission
7. Give the user the View and Edit Permission
