2529084 - Unable to preview Master Template in C4C HTML5

Symptom

Unable to preview Master Template in HTML5 via Administrator Work Center

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to HTML5.
2. Go to Administrator Work Center.
3. Go to Business Flexibility -> Master Template Maintenance.
4. Select Form Master Template.
5. Choose any Master Template.
6. Click on Edit.

Preview is not available and you get the error message 'CustomPaneRenderer : SAP.BYD.LS.UI.Mashup.UrlViewer.UrlViewerPane'.

Cause

The custom pane which runs PDF plugin used for preview, is not implemented yet in HTML5.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
As a work around access Master Template via Silverlight.
