2529199 - Unable to Set Tax Exemption based on Percentage

Symptom

You are trying to add a new Tax Exemption with Percentage for an Account (Customer/Supplier), however it is not possible to find where to add it.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Account Management Work Center.
  2. Go to Accounts View.
  3. Search and open the Account ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the account).
  4. Click on View All.
  5. Go to Financial Data Tab.
  6. Go to Tax Exemption Certificates.

You cannot find any option to add percentage for the Tax Exemption.

Resolution

This is the system expected behavior. Currently we do not support this functionality in the Business ByDesign system.
